Many people suffering with trauma symptoms such as flashbacks, nightmares, panic attacks and anxiety don’t realise they can be treated. They have often been led to believe that they need to learn to live with and manage their symptoms as recovery is not possible and consequently many people suffer unnecessarily for years.
By combining scientifically researched techniques, that recognise the relationship between the body and the mind and understand that traumatic symptoms are physiological as well as psychological, sufferers can be treated effectively.
Develop your ability to regulate powerful emotions and journey through life with energy and wisdom.
